Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the cycles of biological rhythm variables (physical, mental, and emotional) in female tennis players and to explore the relationship between the positive peak of these three cycles and the match outcome. The research methodology, sample, and data collection tools were presented, followed by analysis and discussion of the results. The researcher concluded that the match result is affected by the physical cycle, where higher physical peak levels correspond to better performance. Additionally, the mental cycle influences the match outcome, as higher mental cycle values lead to improved performance, indicating that the player’s mental state impacts their performance. The researcher recommended considering the biological rhythm of players and its direct relationship to performance and match results, as well as conducting further studies on players' biological rhythms during training periods and applying the principle of individuality when designing training units.
