Abstract
The administration is the basis on which the sports institutions go in achieving their goals and reaching their goal that these institutions aspire to. Successful institutions need people with experience and a high scientific, administrative and leadership position because they are considered the basis and pillars of the administrative process. Without them, these institutions cannot reach the position that the club aspires to and affect negatively and positively on the institution. Any obstacle facing the institution leads to the occurrence of a crisis that varies according to the place of influence. . In our time, crises have become transmitted to all aspects of life due to the intertwining of relations between institutions in one country or between countries. The causes of crises differ according to the field or field of knowledge from which the crisis arises. Management science is concerned with the study of crisis management, and this process requires estimating the sudden matter and determining or anticipating) alternative movement directions. In this sense (crisis management) is how (method, methods, plans) to deal with crises and find solutions to them and work to neutralize them (restrict them) so that they do not develop and become difficult to control or deal with and with their presence, examples of which are: the state’s economic, legislative and financial policies, the struggle of co-workers Supply and supplier problems, liquidity, economic problems, and sports clubs are one of the institutions facing multiple crises and because of their direct impact on the achievement of the teams in them
