Abstract
Muscle injury is widespread and occurs among athletes, because muscle is the main tool to perform sports performance requirements as it is one of the main factors in human movement. If the injury is not diagnosed at the right time, it can cause a chronic and difficult to treat properly.
One of the most common injuries in the stadiums is the quadriceps muscle injury, and these muscles may be slightly torn or partially torn. This injury often occurs in athletes, especially those who participate in sports that require strength, speed and jumping such as football, Track and field, basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis and weightlifting and other games .
The aim of the research is to improve muscular strength and dynamic range of motor and static balance for players with partial taer the Quadriceps muscle.
The researchers used the experimental method of the experimental group using the prior and afterwards measurement on a sample of (6) players from the University of Wasit football were chosen by the intentional method has been applied the proposed rehabilitation program on the members of the research sample for two months divided into three stages. After the data were collected using the tests used, they were statistically treated. The following results were obtained: - The rehabilitation approach using muscle stimulation and the applied training exercises achieved a significant improvement in muscle strength, motor range and motor balance of the Quadriceps muscle.
Among the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers:
-Guided by the proposed rehabilitation program in the rehabilitation of the quadriceps muscle with partial rupture.
-The use of electrical muscle stimulation and rehabilitation exercises in the rehabilitation programs.
