Abstract
The Introduction and the importance of the research shows the importance of sports lesson for students and its effect on the balance between the mental and physical level and cooperation and social adjustment for them, and the role of teachers of physical education in the field of education and community service and physical abilities and discover, sport talents to refine national teams the problem of research lies in Identifying why teachers of physical education went to practice the administrative work in the school and the reasons for their exclusion from exercising the specialization in the study of physical education. The research community identified (149) school belonging to ( department of Education Fallujah ) and it included primary and secondary schools for both genders. The research sample was chosen in deliberate manner by the teachers of physical education. The two researchers recommended not to use stadiums equipment, tools and financial allocations for the establishment of sports activities.
