Abstract
Physical and motor skills tests are considered one of the most important indicators of the physical and motor abilities of Iraqi schoolchildren and students. The scientific progress in the field of physical and motor development has seen significant advancements based on scientific principles. Therefore, physical and motor skills tests should be considered an essential part of students' daily routines, as they are a crucial element of their overall health.
In the Iraqi school system, physical education lessons should be organized according to specific components that aim to improve physical and motor fitness at the school sports level. Thus, physical and motor fitness have become critical areas of focus and follow-up by physical education teachers. It is essential to understand the actual physical and motor abilities of students through standardized procedures, including a unified school sports card for physical and motor skills testing. These tests are measured through the processes of measurement and evaluation.
"Measurement is the process through which we obtain a quantitative picture of the extent to which a specific characteristic appears in an individual."
Hence, the design and implementation of a unified school sports card for physical and motor fitness tests is essentially an organizational process for Iraqi schoolchildren and students. The significance of this research lies in the design and implementation of a unified school sports card, a standardized system for measuring physical and motor fitness, which serves as an indicator of the physical and motor abilities at each educational stage.
