Abstract
the study aims to identify the differences in the leadership styles of the heads governing bodies of the clubs participating in the Iraqi periodical league in volleyball . the researchers hypothesized that there are statistically differences among leadership styles of the heads of the governing bodies of the clubs participating in the Iraqi periodical league volleyball. The researcher uses descriptive approach to the nature of the research , The research includes the members of the participate clubs in excellent Iraqi periodical volleyball . the researchers conclude that the heads of sport clubs participate in the Iraqi periodical league volleyball use the three leadership styles in dealing with their bosses . The researchers advise to do other studies about the head patterns for different patterns in different games .
