Abstract
The researchers hypothesized that there were significant differences between pre-test and post-test in the speed of the motor response and the short-range defensive movements of handball. The field of human research includes future sports players in handball (Advanced category). The temporal field was 15/2/2018 until 15/5/2018, while the spatial area was Al-Nasr sports club hall in Ramadi.
The researchers used the experimental approach to design the two sets of pre-test and post-test after the appropriate tests were determined for the dependent search variables and the two groups (experimental and controlled) were put on a single line of development at the level of the variables to be developed by (the equivalence of the two research groups) (12) weeks of three units per week, which was applied to the experimental group by the team coach, the controlled group used the curriculum subject by the team coach, post-tests were conducted under the same circumstances under which the pre-tests was made Tribal data, and then the data were processed statistically.
The results of the tests were presented, analyzed and discussed through statistical data processing.
It was through these findings that the conclusions were drawn, the most important of which was.
- 1There is a positive impact of special exercises for acceleration in the development of speed of motor response.
-2contributed to the special exercises for the acceleration in the development of short-range defense moves handball.
Recommendations came from.
-1the adoption of means and training exercises have the ability to make a rapid development in the level of defense skills handball and speed of motor response.
