Abstract
The importance of this research lies in enhancing the game of basketball, especially for the youth category, as it forms the foundation for feeding national teams. This is achieved through implementing a structured training program based on a scientific approach, which helps to improve both physical and offensive skills.
Research Objective:
The aim of the study was to examine the effect of two methods of controlling the formation of proposed training load levels on the development of specific physical abilities and offensive skills in youth basketball.
