Abstract

The problem of the research is that university professors in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences should possess sufficient knowledge and competence according to quality standards that benefit students in the future. The development of the university depends on the quality of its educational curricula, and it will not achieve the desired benefit unless they are implemented by qualified and competent faculty members who are adequately trained and appropriately qualified. As the researchers are faculty members themselves, they observed a significant discrepancy in the behavior and interaction of the instructors with the students. This led the researchers to evaluate the performance of each faculty member at the college from the students' perspective.

Research Objectives:

The researchers used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability for the nature of the research problem. The current research population consists of faculty members and students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the third and fourth years of the academic year 2018-2019. The number of faculty members is 21, while the total number of students in the third and fourth years is 64. The lowest theoretical score on the scale is 0, and the highest theoretical score is 64. Standard scores were derived using percentile ranks, and the scale levels were determined.
