Abstract
The problem of research lies in the managers of the administrative process in supervising the football teams in the Middle Euphrates clubs from the members of the administrative bodies, despite their responsibilities, which leads to differences in their work in the ability to adapt to the team through understanding and taking a good role of what is happening within the team and provide Needs and this is a result of the leadership style of experience and lack of adaptive personality - building a measure of adaptive leadership not members of the administrative bodies do not club the first division football in the region of the Middle Euphrates identify adaptive leadership and professional pressures not members of administrative bodies No First division football league in the Middle Euphrates region.

Effectiveness of club members in the Middle Euphrates region in professional pressures
There is a difference in adaptive leadership from the point of view of the members of the clubs of the Middle Euphrates region of football and the following (avoidance, resistance, experience).
The existence of a significant relationship between the adaptive leadership and professional pressures of club members of the Middle Euphrates region of football.
