Abstract
The research included the introduction and the importance of research, where it was mentioned that the psychological factor is one of the factors affecting the win in all sporting events and these factors is the factor of psychological compatibility, which is one of the mental capacity that has to do with performance in all sporting events, In which the player is the important psychological factor in all skills that are affected in turn in this psychological factor * The problem of research was characterized as a loss of psychological compatibility and balance and restraint and the weakness of the ability to play team among the members of the team, creating a state of confusion and loss of control among them to That was influential on achievement motivation and achieve good results and the research aims to identify the psychological compatibility and achievement motivation among sports players elected to the General Directorate of Education Diwaniyah football. As well as to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and motivation to achieve sports in the players of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football * The imposition of research is a real correlation between the psychological compatibility and motivation achievement in the players of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football used descriptive method descriptive method and the relationship The research sample consisted of (25) players from the team of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah football and the relationship was found to be significant statistical significance and the researchers used tools and tools to collect information The results of the research included the results, analysis and discussion in a scientific way, through which the achievement of the goals and verification of the hypothesis was achieved. The research appeared in several conclusions. * The players of the General Directorate for the education of Diwaniyah were football with a sense of psychological compatibility and high motivation to achieve.
