Abstract
The aim of the research is to construct and standardize a test using a designed device and a factory to measure the accuracy of the visual response of a visual manipulator to the players of the Sword for Special Needs (A, B) with ages (19-22) The sample of the statistical analysis was (30) players which were within the main sample. And (10) players for the pilot experiment within the main sample, the descriptive method was used in the survey method to suit the problem, and the results of the test was identified and the ability to discriminate, and concluded that the test achieved a coefficient of honesty and stability and objectivity high, and the device designed and factory proved fit to conduct the test, Experiment on 10/2/2018 to 11/5/2018, at the training center for people with special needs (Paralympic).
