Abstract
The reliance on sports training in the era of technology is not enough to achieve athletic achievement, especially in power games, including bodybuilding. Therefore, the importance of research is to study the effect of the use of these nutrients (amino acids and creatine) in order to develop the strength and physiological size of the muscles and to monitor the effects of the use of these supports in the bodybuilding players and variables in the physical structure and functional variables and compare with the inaccessible. The problem of research has been manifested through the study of previous studies and interviews with the trainers of the game and the observation of the field in the field of bodybuilding, the researchers noted that many bodybuilders are doing arduous exercises with the use of food support, and that many of them perform physical exercises without the use of food supplements so The researchers studied a comparative study of body composition and functional variables between these two groups to determine the effect of dietary supplements on their body. The research aims to identify the physical structure indicators and the functional variables of the research sample- Identification of differences in the indicators of physical structure and functional variables in access to dietary supplements and non-accessibility.
