Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of knowledge management use and knowledge of the level of performance of the heads and members of the administrative bodies in the federations and sports institutions. The sample of the research was (116) administrative and the researcher used the knowledge management scale (25) paragraph and performance measure (4) The results indicated that the level of knowledge management among the heads and members of the administrative bodies in the federations was high, but the performance measure was low. The most important recommendations are conducting follow-up studies and holding seminars and scientific research related to the level of knowledge management and performance development.
