Abstract
The research aims at identifying the reality of organizational contacting of the scientific department heads in the physical education colleges of Iraqi athletic connectional relation between the organizational contacting and administration regimes .The researcher used the descriptive method by the surrey style ,the sample was the heads of the departments in the physical education colleges and Iraqi athletic sciences .The researcher prepared the standards of both the organizational contacting and the administrative regimes .It has been concluded that the organizational contacting in its three fields (alighted,horizontal,rising)that are performed by the heads of the department dictate that the (democratic)administrative regime is the first regime that is used by the heads ,its followed by the (dictator) raging and the (leniency) is the regime that has the third rank the organizational contacting has active role in prefacing the administrative regimes by the scientific department heads in physical education colleges and the Iraqi athletic sciences
