Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effects of the complex training program on special motor abilities for some attack skills "ippon –seoinage –osotogari –haraigoshi" among judo players in Palestine. The researcher used the experimental approach, the sample of this study consisted of 12 players from Al-Aqsa University judo team 2014 -2015.The data were analyzed by using t-test and the results showed that the complex training program has a positive effect on improving the strength speed, the speed endurance, and strength endurance of the attack skills "ippon –seoinage –osotogari –haraigoshi". The average rate of improvement between the strength speed and the attach skills was 14.72, while the average rate of improvement between speed endurance and attack skills was 13.04. Finally, the average rate of improvement to between the endurance strength and the attack skills was 9.62 The researcher recommended the necessity of improving special motor abilities for some attack skills in Judo and in the other individual sport
